Installation and Farewell

Dear MCSC members,

Please note that the appreciation, installation and farewell event will start at 4pm sharp without any delay due to the fact that the mama and the guard on duty during that day of event will be the nasty ones, we would expect the event to end before 8 pm. They would give us unnecessary problems if we overuse the hall.

Do note that since the bomb attack which took place here yesterday, the university has ordered the hostels administrators not to allow any guest into the hostel at all. So for those coming from apartments and kim hostel, bear in mind that you would not be able to enter the hostel as guest at anytime of the day, you are only allowed to be in the aktovi zal throughout the event.

Please understand that the organizing committee and team will face a lot of predicted circumstances.

So members, we need your cooperation to keep this event on time and successful. Thus, please be in the aktovi zal at 3.30pm so that everything could start off smoothly.

Thank you for your understanding. Looking forward to see you during the event.

P.S : dress code is formal (theme: black & white)

Yours sincerely,
Lee Jiann Woei

Short announcement: Claypot Chicken Rice Sale Postponed to May 3rd

The sale of Claypot Chicken Rice has been postponed to Monday, 3rd of May 2010.

This is because there will be no water supply from 12.00 A.M. 24 April 2010 - 12.00 A.M. 25 April 2010 in Central & Voroshilovsky section (район) of Volgograd City. Therefore for hygiene purposes and to avoid any untoward incidents, the cooking team has decided to conduct the sale & delivery on 3rd of May 2010.

We are sorry for this and sincerely apologize.

There will be no Chinese New Year 2010 Celebration, We extend our heartfelt apology

It is with great regret that MCSC Committee has to announce to the Malaysian community that there will not be a general Malaysian Chinese New Year 2010 Celebration.

The planned celebration has been called off due to unavailability of a suitable hall to fit our prosperous number (as of this moment no definitive date when the Hiroshima assembly hall will be completed) and other unforeseen problems and difficulties.

We tender our sincere apology to the Malaysian community. It is our hope that the Hiroshima hall renovation would be completed as soon as possible so that we could gather together and have joint activities again in the near future.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family,
"A happy and successful Tiger year. May you be blessed with good health, wealth and success!"
