AGENDA
1. Attendance was taken. Each student validated their registration as a member of MCSC.
2. The meeting was called to order at 5.05 p.m. by the President, Mr. Lee Jiann Woei. This was the 1st General Meeting of year 2010/2011. The meeting begins with welcoming speech by the President.

8. Proposal of upcoming activities
Ø Fund-raising activities will be continued every month by corresponding batch of members.
Ø Old clothes will be collected from all Malaysian students and donated to the orphanage as charity. Further details regarding this event will be posted on MCSC blog.
Ø Proposal of printing our very own MCSC T-shirt. The price of the T-shirt will depend on the total amount of orders and the quality of the T-shirt. The estimated budget ranges from 400 to 500 rubles, though it is also possible to get a better price (~300 rubles) if we print in larger bulks.
A voting session is conducted, and as most of the members generally support the idea, the decision is made to carry out this project.

10. Chinese New Year Celebration 2011
Ø The project is headed by Mr. Lee Wen Siong.
Ø The dateline of submission of the sponsorship form is 1 week before CNY celebration.
Ø Awards will be given to the top 10 highest amount of sponsorships, with an addition of 10 prizes for the top 20. The winners will be announced during the CNY celebration.
Ø The CNY celebration will be held around February or at the beginning of March.
11. A voting session is conducted to decide whether to organize the CNY celebration for all Malaysian or for Chinese only. Final decision is made to open to event for all Malaysians based on the majority of votes. Anyone who objects shall personally approach Mr. Lee Jiann Woei to further discuss the matter.
