The membership criteria for Malaysian Chinese Students Community is as follows:- Open to all Malaysian Students studying in Volgograd with Chinese background.
- Compulsory attendance for AGM and all important meetings.
- Membership period corresponds to an administrative year, which is from one AGM to the next.
- Annual membership fees would be 10 rubles. (Subject to changes)
