Attention to all MCSC members who are attending the Forum, organized by PPIM and KUV this Sunday (14th November 2010) at 2 p.m., you are welcomed to voice out your opinions during the Forum.
However, we would like to call upon your cooperation NOT to raise any racial issues or create any provocations during the Forum, in order to prevent emergence of racial tension among Malaysians in Volgograd.
